Walked in to one side that looked more like a bar/lounge. I asked the waiter if we ordered at the bar, and I wasn't totally... clear on his answer. When I asked to clarify he asked my wife and I if we're from Philly (we are) and basically snarkily askedif we've ever been in a restaurant before. I said we're from philly and he said, "well act like it." I don't know, acting likephilly in my experience is that people at bars and restaurants are friendly and welcoming, not snarky and saracastic tocustomers. Server Lindsey, excellent!! Yuengling Lager ice cold draft, while waiting for a flight, excellent. Cheesburger done right, with... big basket of fries, excellent!!! Most awesome part, plenty of elbow room at the bar. Read more
Ordered food as soon as the bartender came over, and then my drink. Waited 40 minutes for a Philly cheesesteak. I thought they... had onions and peppers, but no, just plain meat and cheese. I finally had to ask for it to go because it took so long. Thisliterally could've been thrown together in less than a minute. Pathetic for an airport restaurant. Will never eat here again. Read more
Never have I been to a restaurant where I didn?t tip as a former server but honestly, I couldn?t bring myself to give one.... Christina truly did not care about the fact that her customers are all in an airport-which means yes, they are TRAVELING andhave flights to catch. The bar had quite a few customers to which I was sympathetic, until I watched as she put in my orderforgetting the topping (then asked me if I wanted to add it), never brought my fries (when I brought this up she told me ?I?llhave to wait if I want them? - I had already been waiting so long I now had TEN MINUTES before my flight left), ignored theperson to my right trying to order, ignored the people to my left as they waited to order, and never brought me a to go box whenI expressed my need to run at this point. I gave up on the fries and RAN through the airport with just five minutes before myplane left! That lady to my right? Still hadn?t ordered. I sit here wondering if she ever got her cheesesteak, or if she gave upand left. I?ll be calling to get the $7 back for my fries I never received. Read more
This staple never lets me down. I've been stopping here since 2001 at the Philly location and now they are in the airport.... Nothing like Mussels Marinara and bread "BONES" to soak up the sauce. #Chickie's&Pete's Read more
The breakfast/lunch staff were the rudest, most self-centered and lazy servers that I have ever encountered in my life,... regardless that their shift was finishing. They are too busy talking to each other and when we asked to be served we weretreated like a distraction. Thank you to our new server Catherine who actually cared about her job, and her customers, evenafter the breakfast staff servers were rude to her. Well done Cathrine and breakfast/lunch staff servers, shame on you. Read more
We walked extremely far to have this as our preflight meal BUT it was worth it. (We were in the more open bar with extra seating... as there are 2 locations in this terminal.) The cheesesteaks with their cheese sauce are amazing. My husband loved his lobstercheesesteak and 3 of us shared the crab fries which came hot and crispy. The bartender was working the whole bar and seatingarea but he was attentive on filling drinks and tending all the tables. Highly recommend! Read more
Good attention and fast. Our waitress what?s so efficient. I didn?t like my soup soup to be from tortilla i never found the... tortilla. I like everything else. Read more
