We had the unfortunate opportunity to stay here on a late American Airlines flight that yielded a Voucher to this time worn... place. We were shocked that this brand, until here to fore, was considered sterling, now rates zero stars. Why? The place wasthreadbare! Seen better times. Can't believe they have not kept up with hotel trends. Free breakfast. They charged $3 for a cupof coffee that dishwater would have tasted better! Thank God there was a Denny's next door to save us. Staff friendly. Showerwas great! However the room needed alot to be desired! Noisy AC unit.Broken coffee maker. No coffee packets. No paper pads,pens, no towel bars! What's that about. Worst were the bedbugs that came from behind the wall mounted wooden headboard. We willreport to AA not to send wayward travelers to this hotel. And, we will advise Wyndham corporate to send in professionals toeradicate every floor before anyone stays there again Shameful, they let this property run down. Read more

Amazing! Had crab fries and mozzarella sticks. I mean it?s just your airport Chickie?s and Pete?s but one thing stood out. My... mom was saying she needed napkins to my sister and I and out of nowhere our server brought a plate of napkins as if he heard uswhich he definitely didn?t. 5/5 Read more
We stopped in for an ultimate tailgate burger and some crab fries with cheese sauce while we waited for our plane. The burger... was definitely big enough to share and we couldn't even finish our basket of fries! Everything was good! Everything also seemedto be covered in meat and cheese of some sort, so there are slim pickings if you're lactose intolerant or vegetarian. Read more

Pretty good Philly cheesesteak here at PHL Airport Terminal A (near A23) which normally would earn this restaurant 4-5 stars.... Instead, I'm ranking it 2 stars as I sit here inside the restaurant charging my phone. Why only 2 stars? Well for starters, whenI walked in, I wasn't greeted or even sure if it's seat-yourself. Then, the tables and bar tops were a mess. Next, I had to finda menu, which a nearby patron offered me theirs. 20 minutes in, a waitress takes my order and seems rushed andunfriendly/doesn't want to be here. Admittedly, the food comes out quick, fresh and tasty. The waitress gives me napkinsunderneath which is my check - I had to ask if this was my check because I thought maybe she grabbed the wrong check, or it wasjust inside a stack of napkins. She said yes... ... And this is where it gets good. I eat my sandwich, all while constantlywaving for the waitress to take my payment and she completely ignores me. Atleast 6 times she ignores me, with a customersitting right next to me and her taking the order. I asked another waitress if they have pepper relish and she looks at me likeI'm from Mars. I asked her where do I pay and she says (you guessed it) with my waitress. The same one that has been ignoringme. Finally, I grab her attention loudly and she takes my payment that has been sitting on the table for 45 minutes(atleast). It's not like it's an AIRPORT or anything where people have to catch flights, right? Right. Be forewarned. Pay assoon as you order. When you are at the airport with limited time and needing decent food rather than the normal takeaway franchises then Chickie?s... and Pete?s have got it together. The place was busy so we were very pleasantly surprised when the food came out within minutesor ordering. Was an awesome cheesesteak and a chicken salad. Too big to finish in one go which I figured they were used to asthe go boxes was close at hand. Our server was friendly and fast too. When we travel through PHL again we will definitely beback to visit this place. Read more
