We were a party of seven and was seated fairly fast. The food came out at different times. We were given bar napkins to use,... never given real napkins. The fajita meal came out in two different times and wasn't sizzling. The brisket burger came outafter every else has finished their meals. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. Not once did the manager come to the table,knowing things wasn't going well. My family and I will never eat at this establishment again. Worst $152.00 bucks ever spent. P Read more

I never rate places 1 star, but steer clear of this location. Our table was sticky, the cups were dirty and greasy, and the food... was sub-par. The only thing good about my experience was the server's helpfulness. I will never eat at this location again. Read more

The food was good and our server was friendly and helpful. However, the establishment has been short staffed for the past two... years to the point they can hardly operate. They do not take reservations here however we did do call ahead and when we arrivedended up waiting an hour to have three people seated. The server we had was the only one there and she was doing great at herjob but it?s not fair to give one server the responsibilities of waiting a whole restaurant because one person can clearly onlytake on so much. Don?t bother going here. Walked in. The hostess got out of a booth where she was sitting, checking her phone. We asked a for a... table for 5 and were told the wait was 45min. Let me be clear, there was no one waiting for a table. It was Sunday at 5pm. Andthe hostess was literally doing nothing it was that quiet. All this and we had called 10min earlier from our hotel to confirmif there was any wait for a table and told there was none. Absolutely terrible customer service. Took forever to be seated so we seated ourselves, when there were maybe 5 table's with people. The waitress acted like she... didn't want to be a waitress and the customers are just an inconvenience to her. Then came the roaches that were on the wall andscurrying around our table. The GM also had an attitude and couldn't care less about the customers and even tried to tell methat they don't have roaches, until we killed one in front of him and he still tried saying it wasn't one. Seems like by all thereviews about roaches that they definitely have them and don't care. It would be in Chili's best interest to get a whole newteam or at least a new GM. The only good thing was the food but once you see a roach while eating you don't really want to eatfood from there anymore. Read more

We have been to many Chili's restaurants. This one was probably one of the worst as far as service. The wait to be seated was... normal, however the wait after being seated was far longer than it should be. I had time to memorize the menu, check out whatthe table next to me was eating, write a novel, and grow my hair out to waist length! So about 17 min after being seated, wewere finally met by a server who really really really didn't want to be there. Maybe she was supposed to be off that day? Anyway, she brought waters after we asked and then put in food orders. The food at Chili's is very consistent even when theservers don't want to be there;) so the food was great... until dessert. We came here twice. Both times we were quickly told that there would be at least a 45 minute wait and Both times it was at... least 45 minutes. They seemed to be short handed but there was no sign of the management helping out. As a manager my self Iknow that there's nothing in the back room more important than taking care of the customers. As a note over our 2 visits I sawat least 25 customers choose to go somewhere else to eat. It seems to me paying a higher wage to accommodate a full staff wouldpay for its self just by customer retention. The service was slow and we waited for quite a while for our food once we gotseated. We have to say in spite of the wait, the food was good. Everything came out hot and was very tasty. They were quik tobring out our chips and salsa, which is one of the reasons we go to Chili's. We feel like we can recommend this place, butonly if you have a couple hours to waste. This place is in need of management who puts the customers first ... Read more

Almost every table was empty, yet they were giving 45+ minute wait estimates for larger parties, we as a party of 2 had to wait... 20 minutes for a table that had been empty for the entirety of those 20 minutes. General manager claimed that short staffing wasthe reason, which in this particular instance is actually believable because they only had one waitress working who was alsoworking in the kitchen as well. Apparently, according to the GM, two of the waitresses were delayed because of the ongoingparade in Center City, which severely delayed the public transit they use to get there every day.
