Horrible.... The food was not good. I got the shrimp and chicken Cajun pasta. One had tomatoes and the other didn't. There was... no sauce and it tasted old. The chips that come with the dip are old and disgusting! Like as if there just sitting out all week.Not fresh at off and the chips was soft. This place needs a lot of help. Needs better management and that can run this place.I'll never be back and wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Philly restaurants are trash and they're doing nothing to fixthe issues. We went around 1 pm after the lunch rush and the restaurant was not that crowded. Our server was very friendly and provided... good service. Since the restaurant wasn't crowded, they were only seating half of the restaurant. We ordered burgers, fajitas,and kids pizza. The food was good but came out a bit slow. One nice thing about Chili's are the games available at each tableto keep the kids occupied. We also paid through that machine. One downside was no menus - you have to scan a QR code on yourphone. Ordered on Doordash. I was charged $14 basically for the triple appetizer and I received HALF of what you get in the restaurant.... And I also only received one dipping sauce though I ordered 2 things that get dipped in the same triple appetizer. I was chargedfor an extra ranch and received no extra anything, not even the food I paid for. If I'm paying full price, I should be receivedfull servings. I eat at Chili's a lot, so I'm no slack on what I should be receiving because I order the same appetizer all ofthe time. This is pathetic. Update: the boneless chicken bites taste like grisle. Based on my 6pm, 2/27/20 experience. The service at this location was very disappointing. Waitress displayed the poorest of... personal hygiene. Food took "FOREVER" to arrive. Then it was either undercooked, of poor quality or just didn't come at all.After inquiring about my concerns. I was left feeling extremely offended, unimpressed, uninspired & unsatisfied by the eveningMgrs presentation, proximity, demeanor, tone, volume, animation & display. We were a party of 9.
