Update September 2022 - my bowl is the smallest I?ve ever seen. Missing items and tiny portion. This is the third time in the... last 4 weeks. This chipotle sucks. Ordered chicken bowl came no meat and no cheese at all lol and this is not the first timethey either missed item, wrong item, or terribly small portions. Read more
Hadn't been here since 2016, and it was even better than I remembered. An entire team of people built this chicken bowl for me,... I was in and out in just a few minutes. And what a heaping pile of a chicken bowl it was! A spoon of guacamole is $3 extra, butit's worth it. Absolutely delicious. Thank you Chipotle. Read more
Terrible service. This is the only location I have ever had bad experiences at. Ordered through the app only to be told that... someone else picked up my order?? Cashier talked to me multiple times and failed to reimburse my order when I was told she waslooking into it. I was only helped by a manager after waiting for half an hour in which she took me to the back of the long linethat I could have already been through 8 times if I was helped right away and not misdirected to wait. This location alsorandomly likes to have ?pickup only? hours when they don?t feel like making more food or serving walk in guests. Not notice onthe door or otherwise. You can tell they are severely understaffed so I take pity on the employees. Read more
Walked in and 3 employees were sweeping. No one was working the line until one of the employees screamed at the staff in the... kitchen to come out. The staff clearly doesn't care about the quality of their work. After helping one customer 2 staff memberslooked right at me, said nothing and went back to the kitchen to chat. I left without even getting to place an order. The foodalso looked old, the sour cream was congealed and instead of replacing the Pico they were basically serving it as a watery soup.Terrible service. Read more
Clearly unacceptable. How can one eat in an establishment that looks like this when you step inside. I ordered a meal to go and... even waited around to see if someone was going to clean and still nothing. I seen a few people on break so I thought after theywere finished they would attend to clean up. Still nothing. They went in the back and continue about their day. This was just afew pics. This is the only place I get misgendered by staff regularly, kinda wild considering every other food establishment in the area... doesn't do that. The Mazzoni center & William Way center are only a couple blocks away in either direction & it's at 12th &Walnut with a pride flag crossing walk literally outside their establishment.. V.I.P. has better quesadillas & burritos. They'realso cheaper and only up a single block. Read more
