I?ve been to this location probably 5 times at this point and they continue to disappoint me. Never any chips? Skimp out of corn... and guacamole as . The workers are terribly slow and rude. Always wearing airpods (what could possibly be more important than methe customer). Workers also conversing and having their own conversations as i?m trying to order. Worst Chipotle I?ve experienced anywhere in the country. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and no one took my order. Then... when she finally did she walked away to start making an online order and I was told by the other extremely rude employee who isobviously unqualified to be in a customer service position that I should order online if I don?t want to wait. If I could give this review a zero stars and be able to post it I would, but since 1 is the lowest I can do that is what it... shall be. This is the most pathetically run chipotle I have ever ordered from. It is the only one close enough to order from, soI am stuck going with this one when in a pinch and need something quick. They have yet to provide me with a correct order. Nowthat they have raised there prices to the point where it is no longer a quick and inexpensive option it is not worth ordering ifthe city ave chipotle is the one you are stuck ordering from. Sad location. The staff seem nice but like they?ve run out of steam. It?s slow. They?re not carefully reading through the... tickets for the mobile orders. They are out of basic ingredients like chips. And sadly there was some meat in my sofritas. Read more
I swear this place is so slow. I get that fact that people wanna go home, but a hour+ until closing with 10 plus people waiting... to get served and only one person making food(super slow with no sense of urgency) is crazy. I try not to use this location at all costs. Today I ordered ahead via the app for a burrito bowl. I had paid for double chicken... and double veggies among the normal offerings as well. When I picked up my bag, my food nearly fell out from the bag being wet.Then I came to realize there was no napkins, no silverware and as I opened my meal I found a single piece, not serving, ofchicken and NO VEGGIES. Chipotle is an ok place to go for lunch or for a quick bite but it's a step above Taco Bell. All of the meats come in sous vide... (you can watch them opening bags of cooked meats all day long), it's not like the commercial you see. It's mostly clean, no realatmosphere, all of the hot sauces were empty and it was Expensive!
