Today I ordered a soft taco but I was charged for a burrito bowl, they refused to charge me for a soft taco and refused to... accept my order. The person was very rude to me and incredibly racist. Terrible customer service I will not eat there again. Iwill also have my lawyer fire them for their incompetence for not knowing we are allowed to get extra rice and beans. Read more

1. Do NOT order through the Chipotle app here, if you want extra protein. They will give you either a normal or less portion of... protein and fill the rest with rice and/or beans. 2. Go inside to order, if you want extra protein 3. Slow service. 4. Food isgood though. Probably the most inefficient location of any chain restaurant I've had the displeasure of waiting inside of. Not only did they... not have my order ready when I arrived 8 minutes after it was supposed to be on the shelf, but they haven't gotten it to meanother 20 minutes after that. I've been waiting so long that I decided to actually leave a review about this abhorrentservice. Not only am I waiting an unbelievable amount of time, but all of the seats are on the tabletops so I can't sitdown. Will update if my order is also botched beyond repair. Whoever is managing this place needs to be either retrained orterminated. The staff needs a proper orientation and retraining. The funny thing is, this isn't the only experience I've hadhere where I had to wait over 20 minutes after my already late arrival. The same thing happened about 6 months ago. Thislocation is doomed if everyone here isn't properly trained. It should probably just be removed from maps results and thechipotle app because quite frankly, it's an embarrassment to the food industry. Also, I haven't mentioned the 15 people in theline for live orders, all waiting an equal amount of time. However, it appears the staff serve them first, even when an orderthat's 30 minutes late isn't fulfilled yet. Atrocious service. Edit: After giving my name for the 4th or 5th time, my bag wasgiven to me (unsealed and unfastened) and I was told to have a good night. We all know that isn't a possibility by now. Iwalked a very short distance home and unwrapped the burrito to find it was not just lukewarm, but cold. The staff literallyforgot about it, apparently. Not wanting to waste my hard-earned wages, I plop the sad lump in the microwave. While waitingand watching the one minute timer tick, I thought how much faster and easier it'd be to walk to the Acme next time and just buya microwave burrito in the first place for less than a third of the price. Dirty place, tables are not clean. no ice or cup covers, rice isn?t cooked well. I had the worst experience ever.

I understand that you want to close up and clean the restaurant but all of the options should be available especially that it?s... all prepped beforehand and just needs to be maintained warm. I shouldn?t walk in and have one protein option. Didn?t even botherand left. Chipotle service and quality has gone way down hill since going public. The wait time is often very long, even when there are not that many customers. They seem to never sense the urgency. They... frequently only take online orders. Many times I entered the restaurant and waited several minutes, only to be told they wereonly taking online orders. Sometimes the food they give you is just too little. Even worse, when I asked for a bit more, sothat it could reach normal amount, they told me it cost extra. Ridiculous. Some staff have very bad attitude. Once, a lady wasdoing my order, and I asked for cheese. She said there was no more. Another staff then brought more cheese to the counter,telling her she should have asked the kitchen. Then they just started arguing with each other. I reminded the lady my order wasnot finished, she then grabbed a huge amount of cheese and stuffed into my bowl. I ordered a grilled chicken burrito bowl with extra meat through the mobile app and when I got back to my office to eat it, I... noticed that I couldn?t see that much chicken. So I?m looking through the bowl and I don?t even see a normal sized portion ofchicken. The bowl loaded with rice and the chicken that was in the bowl was so burnt, you couldn?t tell it was chicken.
