Waited 15 minutes with only one person in front of me. They just kept making mobile orders instead of people in line. There were... already 6 mobile orders on the mobile rack. Honestly just don't even go here. There's another Chipotle a few blocks down the street that is much better. It's not that the... food is even any different so much as this restaurant is just disgusting. There are bugs and fruit flies all over the place(especially around the drinks and utensils) and it makes the entire dining experience unsettling because then all you can do isimagine bugs and who knows what else in your food. Recently made an order for delivery from this Chipotle location for two burrito bowls and had a few issues. One of the bowls had... fresh tomato salsa included when that was not asked for and it was missing romaine lettuce, green tomatillo salsa, tortilla, andfajita veggies. The other bowl was also missing fajita veggies. On a positive note, the amount of meat included seemed to bemore than usual, but for an establishment predicated on build-your-own order, the number of inaccuracies really added up andtook away from the enjoyment of the meal. Usually love every time I go in a chipotle because the workers are nice and quick. Here is was different the one male worker was... extremely rude for no reason. We were waiting 20 minutes with no line behind us and two workers behind the counter. Everyoneelse (about 6/7 people) before us got their orders taken and given to them except us. I simply said excuse me we are waiting toorder after like 20 minutes because i didn?t know if they knew. If you like adventure, this may be the Chipotle for you. Occasionally, you will have a very normal Chipotle experience in which... you receive exactly what you order, well-made, and delicious. However, your experience is likely to veer from that beautifulpath, but you have no way of knowing in advance which path you're embarking upon. And therein lies the adventure andexcitement. Sometimes, they're understaffed and assembly takes longer than it should. (Like, 40 minutes longer than itshould.) Sometimes, they're out of chips or tortillas. Sometimes, they're out of cups. Sometimes, they're only accepting onlineorders. Sometimes, they're only accepting cash. Sometimes, they have a manager present (I assume--never myexperience). Sometimes, they lose all their forks and knives in the kitchen. (I assume--I can't otherwise explain the meatblobs we found on our bowls). When the app "promises" a time, you should interpret it like the word of the wife you suspect ischeating on you. Perhaps she'll be with you on-time. But, you may be waiting for hours, either while she gets herself ready,or while she is in the arms of another. Two stars for adventure and excitement respectively. Zero stars for management, foodquality, timeliness, or predictability. Read more
