I ordered with clearrrrrrr ingredients a BURRITO BOWL. why when it got to my house someone put the meat in the bowl. that?s it.... i checked the receipt on the bag and everything. couldn?t believe it. The reason you can?t put chipotle and chic fil as in thecity is bc the people hired truly do not care lol. Please move this to manayunk or literally any other location. Germantownneeds a few more years of gentrification before a chipotle can be there. You need college students working here. they arethrowing random things in your bowl and sending it to you. they do not know chipotle standard. all of these reviews would beunheard of at any other chipotle. Who ever made my burrito bowls is the best!!!! I've been to plenty of different Chipotles. But no one ever made it like this.... Nice portions and ratio. It was fresh and hot. My bowl was made with Love. This was hands down the best bowl I've received from Chipotle. I wish I knew who made it because they deserve a tip. The drive thru pick up process was a little slow. Butinside the store was very crowded. It was a Saturday evening so I understood. They say good things are worth waiting for and mybowl was everything. Read more
Literally the worst location I?ve ever been. Please do staff development because I will not be back and I will recommend others... not to come here! We?ve gave this place 3 chances and each time have left extremely disappointed. Most recently, one woman whowas serving our food kept talking to us about her menstrual pains, how she wanted to leave work and how she was spotting (whileserving out food) customer service was very terrible, the woman working the cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude. Iwent to grab a drink and instead of informing me that she would grab it she aggressively got close to me, and shooed me to moveaway and yelled ?you can?t go near the drinks? and then proceeded to argue with me the entire time in a very nasty tone. Iarrived at 7pm? they dont close until 10pm but unfortunately they had no lettuce and no veggies. It?s pure laziness and it wasdisappointing because I don?t eat meat and I rely on the veggies. I waited in the CHIPOTLANE for 40 minutes to get a burrito bowl and chips! They had to remake it twice, gave me the wrong order... and laughed half the time. I had perfectly fine experience before today and never had to wait more than a minute to pick up. Read more
This site has only been open a month or 2 so for my first Chipotle experience, (I've been eating Qdoba instead), I thought I'd... try it. I ordered online, picked up and then decided I wanted a soda so I waited on line. I'm watching the employees pile upthese bowls to the point they're almost overflowing before it's covered. I then get to my destination, open them up and this iswhat I see. The bowls are half-way filled, if that. Then of course I'm told by someone of a tik tok that showed Chipotleemployees fill mobile orders half-way and to never mobile order because you don't get as much. I don't believe everything I seeonline but my pictures compared to how I saw in-store patrons receive much more than I did........ Highlight was that my spritecame in a glass bottle. Read more
Sorry to say I think there moving to fast a this New opening Chipotle on Fox street I bit in to my Burrito and this is what I... found. Food was poorly put together, missing multiple items and old. Very bad chipotle experience. Also I was not even able to speak to... a manager or be refunded .would not recommend this store. Read more
