I recently order pizza and wings from here through Grubhub. I waited more than 2 1/2 hour for my food but it never came. I tried... calling but no one answered. There was no communication from this store AND they tried to get away with it by not delivering thefood and taking my money. One day this store will get sued. Read more
I ordered once when they were under renovation (unaware that they were closed because the online ordering system was still open... for orders and the hours were saying ?open? on google); I was charged for my order and when the store reopened I contacted thestore about it on multiple occasions and each time a refund was promised and never fulfilled (and I didn?t even want a refund; Iwanted just to receive my initial order but it was explained to me that I couldn?t just be given the order even though they sawin their transaction history that I was charged while they were closed). The customer service has certainly fell off herethough. I?ve gone here for years but a change in management/owners has definitely shown a decline in their customer service, andmy example I?ve listed isn?t the first unpleasant visit here within the past few months. Food is inconsistent, if isn?t it?sburnt the order is slightly made incorrect. I hoped for better but I guess it?s time to find a new pizza spot! Read more
My food arrived 45 minutes late, and i had ordered a custom pizza, (essentially meat lovers with olives), fries, and cheesy... garlic bread. When the food came cold and soggy, i found that the garlic bread had no cheese on it, and the pizza completelylacked any toppings! I attempted to call the restaurant, was met with an automated message telling me i was placed on hold, andthen was hung up on after a second automated message telling me to order on their website. Absolutely horrible service, and thefood would have been good, had it not arrived cold and missing half of the order. Read more

My first time hear and definitely my last. I stood at the counter, the only person in the place with four people behind the... counter and it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge I was standing at the counter. I ordered and had to yell becausethe young lady behind the counter had the music so loud. I ordered and then waited another 25 minutes for one cheesesteakplatter. There was one order ahead of me but it was also a small simple order, no excuse for such a long wait. The order cameout with nothing that I ordered. I ordered a cheesesteak with fried onions and provolone cheese and a side of onion rings. Ireceived a cheesesteak no onions and fries. When the order came uptrend young lady at the counter wouldn't even put her phonedown to get my order to me. The cook had to call her three times before she finally responded and got my order. The food was okbut the customer service was terrible. The young lady at the counter is going to make them loose a lot of business because shedefinitely goes out of her way to make sure her customers leave dissatisfied. This place has been here for over thirty years. It must be doing something good, the owner was still working behind the counter.... The food was great I had a burger and it was on point. The scallops were good too. If we ever come back to Philly I woulddefinitely stop here. Read more
