We recently celebrated a birthday at this establishment. Once we walked we were greeted by a customer service representative... who help us with our dining and bowling inquiries. Our birthday party of 8 people were lead to the dining area, after we orderedour meals was presented to us in less than 20 minutes. We had fun in the bowling lanes afterwards. My kids really enjoyed spending a few hours here. We even ate lunch here. Most machines were operating correctly and we really... had no issues with the equipment. During lunch we took advantage of the order by phone option. Simply just sit at an opentable and scan the QR code and place and order. The food came out in about 15 minutes. Our drinks didn't come out before orwith the food so we asked where the drinks were. They were understaffed so you can imagine things were hectic for them. Drinkscame over shortly. The food was okay. I've had better at Dave & Buster's. The only real issue was a man was begging for moneywhile we were eating. I told him I don't carry cash and he became annoyed with that response. I told him he shouldn't getpassed off he is asking for money and I simply didn't have any. I told him to relax and he became agitated and said someinappropriate things and moved on to another family asking them for money. 5-10 minutes later I saw the same man at the barlooking like he was going to jump over the bar. He was standing on the chair. I saw that everyone was basically ignoring thisman and I asked the waitress if he was a frequent problem and she had no idea what I was talking about. I had to bring it toher attention. I told her what he had said minutes earlier and what he was doing and that if they didn't handle it I would. Shesaid she would contact security after we saw the man walking away from the bar. 5 minutes later I see the same man order a beerand get a beer from the bartender and walk away drinking his beer. He disappeared into the bowling area. I couldn't believethey served this guy who was acting very strange, begging for money, cursing and causing a disruption in other customersenjoyment. We took our kids here and had a great time. We went on a Saturday night. Wait times were a little long. But theres so much to do... while you wait. For instance we wanted an a bowling lane but had to wait, sonwe were gonna eat but had to wait for a table so wewent tonthe arcade and when the lane was ready we learned that you were ablemto order food as you bowled so we didnt bother withdining in the dining area. The food was good, the kids had a blast. All the games and everything worked. Id recommend this placefor a nice family night out. Read more
Staff today was very rude. I swear with this pandemic places are just hiring anyone and it shows. Blonde girl that was taking... care of the pools table was absolutely rude and should be in a setting dealing with customers. Bathroom had only one work g sinkand towel dispenser broke. Read more
Went here to wait for our table at Kpot last night. Is was clean and not too crowded. So many gaming options so the wait for... games wasn't a problem. The bar was a little slow. We only got sodas. Tons of pool tables too. We hate waiting for pools tablesto open! Plus the gentleman we sold us our game cards was hilarious. Good experience. It was a great, fun time here! Music was loud which was awesome! Loved the atmosphere. Lots of selections of games to choose... from. All the games/arcades looks new, there were neon colors everywhere. Took 5 kids here to play while adults shopped at theoutlets. Kept them entertained. Did get a little bit pricey. We were able to get a lot of stuffed toys from the claw machinewhich was great. Usually they’re such rip offs and you never get anything. Nice selections of rewards, too. Will come back! Read more
We went just for the billiards and lunch this time, and everything was awesome! I tried their Crispy Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich... with Truffle Fries, and it did not disappoint!!! The portions were more than enough as I was only able to eat half, which madean awesome lunch the next day! My husband had the Cheese Steak and regular fries.
