Disgusting and a sorry excuse for a pizza place!! The driver Mustafa left the food on the ground outside the house! The jerk... didn?t even call to say it was delivered! Waited 2hrs for my pizza's so I called them to see what was going on & they told me they have no delivery driver. Then called a... second time & they told me I would have to wait another half hour. Thanks for nothing Domino's now I will never order from yourbusiness again. Read more
Nigel was kind and helpful when i called and ordered my pizza. I wish everyone I ordered over the phone was just like him bc i... ask a lot of questions and he wasnt annoyed or bothered he was just plain pleasant!! He recommended a delicious sounding pizza iwill definitely be buying next time i dont have to buy a special gluten free pizza ????when i asked how come they dont do thegluten in large he said he didn?t know with a sincere tone which told me he really cares bout the customer. Horrible!!! I ordered from here a few times last year and the service/speed was amazing. I?ve ordered twice this year, once a... few months ago and once tonight. My order was stuck on ?prep? for over an hour. I called the store and was left on hold twicefor 15 mins each. I drove to the store to pick my food up? Only to watch the manager with my own 2 eyes touching everything inthe store and then making food without gloves. I asked him ?where are your gloves? he straight up said ?we don?t wear gloveshere?? Terrible delivery service, manner-less delivery driver, lack of response from the store. I waited first 30 minutes and looked at... the domino tracker which said my pizza order of 1 Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza w/ Whole: Green Peppers, Onions Right:Mushrooms, Black Olives, 1 Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza w/ Black Olives, Green Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, and 2 MarinaraSauce Dipping Cup was complete yet it was not. I never received my pizza and was charged my money. So, I called the store whotold me that they'll call the driver to see what's up and what's up with my order, then they would give me a response back. Iwaited ten minutes to see a call back, I got no call back. Then, I got stuck in a call for over ten minutes again just toreceive no response and be left on hold. It took over ONE HOUR (I live literally about 10 minutes away) just for the deliverydriver to get my pizza to me, and he was completely rude on arrival. He talked in such a bad way to me, putting the reason onthat he "was in a hurry." I had to shout to get his attention since he was walking fast away to his car, not giving me therespect to talk to him. Look, you can be in a haste anytime you want but at least show some decent respect. I didn't see my twodipping cups with my pizza and he went to his car to get it and then told ME to get it FROM him. I am the customer, I'm notsupposed to walk to you to get my order that I am paying you, that is completely wrong and not proper manners from the deliveryguy. I did not pay you guys $28 for disrespect. From incorrect and lying order trackers, to lack of attention on the phonecalls, and the ill manners during delivery, there is a lot of issues clearly. I had to wait two hours for a small pizza. Then when i called the store he asked if i can pick it up. No i cant because i... ordered delivery online. Im not blaming the driver because he told me that he was the only driver on shift. So whoever runs thatstore needs to hire more drivers or at least let the customers know how long it will be or call the customer to let them knowthat a pick up would be faster. Very disappointing.
