So my food was fine but I had ordered through the app and I was told that it was done. When I had got there they told that it... was gonna take another 10 min., I had ordered about 20 minutes ahead of time. I order food around 11:34pm and waited 1 hour and 40 minuets and never received my food. I called the store and the woman lied... to me telling me that my food should be in front of my door in 5 minuets even after I told her that the app said my food wasdelivered. She informed me that just because it says that. Don't mean that it was delivered and will be arriving then she justhung up on me. I waited 15 more minuets and called the store 4 times after that. They are always late by 30 minutes or more and they are disrespectful. My pizza came late with my garlic sauce shoved into it.... They don?t even deserve the 1 star tbh??????????? Read more

Ordered online, took two hours to be delivered. Ok, it happens, I ordered delivery, sometimes it takes longer than expected,... whatever. Driver arrives, is surly, doesn?t have the drink I ordered, ok, it happens, whatever. The plain pizza I ordered hadsausage on it.... pizza is your only job, how do you mess up the most basic order possible? My address label was on the box aswell, so they didn?t deliver me somebody else?s pizza, and I double checked that I ordered the correct thing. Called the storefor resolution, employee who answered the phone seemed a bit simple, so they ended up directing me to the manager. Manager saysthey?ll send another pizza. 4 hours later... nothing.
