the food took 2 hours to arrive. it was good but the customer service was terrible. kept telling us it was on its way when it... was not. genuinely very frustrating. they tried to tell us something about not delivering to our area but 1) it was a mile awayand 2) if so then they shouldnt have taken our order in the first place. needs to be managed better Read more

I've worked for Domino's Pizza for 5 years as a delivery driver and an assistant general manager. Tonight I visited this store... simply to inquire about a job I encountered a cashier who had her back facing me on telephone and when I got her attention sheturned around and didn't even smile at me. Thinking nothing of it I just explained and stayed in my business and said that Iwas looking for a job to her reply you need to apply online. Number one that wasn't my question and well I'm not into semanticsI understand how customer service works I don't know who hired this woman but she was the most unfriendly person I've everencountered at a Domino's. Upon her reply saying that I needed to apply online I asked her if it was corporate or franchise shesaid franchise. This message is for the owners I don't know who you are or why you hired this person and I don't necessarilywant her fired but in a sea of uncertainty in a post pandemic economic situation I can understand the life of me why you wouldhave a cashier who is not only rude but on her phone in front of me. If I could give this location a 0 I would. Waited on the phone for 20 minutes to order for my daughters party. When the phone... was answered, the employee was incompetent. He could not take our order, get our address right, and took us 10 minutes to order3 pizzas. He said it would take 30 minutes but I ended up waiting an hour. When we STILL did not have our food, we called backand the manger said they don?t deliver to our location. Ordered from here 3 times.. This store does not adhere to the corporate marketing specials like the 2 medium 2 topping special... for 5.99 a piece. Do not expect to have this deal honored. Everyone at store just plays dumb like they don't know what you'retalking about. Also, delivery service from this store is not accurately synced with the tracker phone app. Not even close Read more

Absolutely terrible service. Late delivery (we waited over 2 hours), received cold pizza, and spoke with rude employees who... insisted our pizza was delivered when it wasn?t. Seriously, do yourself a favor and skip the late night pizza with these guys.Definitely not worth it. Read more

2nd time in a row problems with delivery. A couple of weeks ago was delivered the wrong order. It took 2 1/2hrs. to get the... right order. Was given a 20% discount on our next order which was today 7/4.2022. I placed the order and it said on the trackerthe order left the store at 8:07. 9:07 still not here. Called the store they apologized and said they would call the driver.9:30 the driver said he was here. I told him to keep it. Also, when I put in the code for the discount it took off the 20% butraised the price of the pizza. I don't know how that works????? We are done with them.......Just a piece of advice.....pay withcash....if you have problems like we've had at least they don't have your money yet and you can refuse the order without havingto worry about getting your money back on your credit card. July 4th 2022, called around 12:05 pm (listing so corporate/regional manager can review the recorded call): Attempted to place... an online order for the large 3 topping 7.99 carry out special. Irrespective of topping combination used, total before tax wellexceeded 7.99 for unclear reasons (I tried playing around with it too). I called the store to trouble shoot and the manager whois the one who picked up (works during the day because it?s slower and to saves on labor costs for anyone wondering) said thespecial must have changed (really? This special has existed probably approaching 10 years now and you get these orders everyday!Or he?s saying he?s a manager and he doesn?t know his own specials?). Instead, the manager offered no trouble shooting. Said hecannot do a Manual override since it?s a coupon for online orders (which doesn?t matter, manager can still do a manualoverride). I offered to come in, show him the special on the app/website so I could show him the issue and he could walk methrough it or honor the coupon and he said it?s not possible. Having been an assistant manager AT dominos pizza for severalyears in the past this manager was being entirely dishonest. 1) pretending the special changed 2) offering no trouble shooting3) pretending manual override doesn?t exist. Looking at the ratings, this is a very poorly run store and this manager, the faceof dominos, really is a poor reflection. Read more

Philly dominoes @ 716 South St. Philadelphia PA 19147. I would not order from this store, 1st impression; horrible. Of all the... other locations I ever ordered from, this was the worst experience. As an OTR driver, I been to other states and cities, evenmy hometown in Cleveland Ohio is way better service. Pizza box was bent, messed up. The worst part store is only less than 10minutes away and order was not delivered in good timely manner. Driver provided extra dipping sauce, oh wow. Like that helpedwaiting over an hour, time when was order was ready surpass by delivery ETA. No napkins provide and a cold pizza. Had 2 slicesbecause I was hungry and threw the rest in garbage. You know how hard to throw pizza away from someone who loves pizza of allsorts. Yeah, terrible.. Read more
