This is the worse Dunkin Donuts as they close the dining room @ 6pm that is too early as they hire kids who don't want to work

Im unsure why this happens every single time, but when I order a macchiato it?s always room temperature, I mean ALWAYS. Are they... using cold milk? Another thing, if you order a flavored latte or macchiato through the drive way, chances are the flavor won?tbe added. For whatever reason I noticed when I walk in and ask for a caramel macchiato the flavor is added but it?s still roomtemperature. I gave 3 stars because the staff Is normally very kind. UPDATE: I wrote the above review about 5 months ago. Thisplace really is getting worse. I decided to try this Dunkin again because it?s so close to home. I ordered a pumpkin latte hot.The first time I told them it was hot not cold, so the lady takes it and says she?ll make a new one. She then comes back with acold latte with no ice. I?m like seriously? It took 4 lattes before I was able to get my HOT pumpkin latte. Then when I finallyget my drink right, it?s so sweet I couldn?t even swallow it, mind you it was room temperature. I had a horrible experience with one of the employees. I will not share his name. However I have always loved this dunkin and... would go there daily. I will no longer buy from this one and drive the extra two minutes to go to the one up the road. Read more
Google says it closes at 9pm. I arrived at 8pm and my whole family was not allowed in. Very unprofessional.
Fast friendly staff. The associate that served me was very friendly. There were a few things that were missing from the bins and... she quickly went in the back and grabbed them. Food was fresh and tasted great. Read more
I'm now giving this Dunkin a 9/10 :) So convenient to all the stores I go to. Extremely crowded BUT the service is amazing.
