I come here every morning on my way to work. The coffee was water down. My egg was still cold on my bacon, egg and cheese... sandwich and I only was there an argument going on with that and employee and the manager right in front of customers instead oftaking it to decide which I thought was pretty rude. My daughter is 16 and loves going here. I started trying it. If you get an iced coffee with cream and sugar, it is usually super... sweet (a lot of sugar). There prices are not so sweet. Everyday my family and I will go to this place after service on Sunday and have no problem till now. We ask for a cup a plain... simple cup and the nice Indian lady was giving us one because we bought so much food like we always do. Then the white managersnapped at my mother telling her you have to pay for that one and we are African American and she explain all we ask for is oneextra cup and she said this is your last time asking for one. And note we have lots of young children here. For her to act likethat was so uncalled for. So said because we loved coming her until she showed up, if she would have said it in a different waybut explain why that will be a different story.we won?t be going there no more that?s for sure. I always ubereats from here and it?s usually perfect. Only thing is sometimes they won?t do special requests like less ice in... drinks and the parking outside is not easy to get out of if the drive thru like is wrapped around. Read more
Why is it so hard for "certain people" to not know how to toast a piece of bread!? As well as the person behind the counter is... it so hard to put the extra button that will PRINT, "TOASTED" let alone toasted WELL as requested? This time im saving myreceipt and I'll be back with 2 bagels THIS TIME lacking ANY heat what so ever.
