The absolute worst service. There?s many other DD?s around this one so avoid it at all costs. The speaker box for the drive thru breaks up a lot. My order has been wrong despite reading it back to me and having the correct... info on the receipt sticker on the cup. I asked a general question, there were 4 employees who heard the question, not one wasable to answer me. In fact, they ignored my question. When the shift manager heard me asking the same question for the thirdtime she approached and answered. I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, as its the closest to my house. Their donuts have a funny after taste. There's something wrong. In high school I worked at Donut Town. There's not a lot that... can go wrong with making donuts. This funny taste never happened at Donut Town because Arther wouldn't allow it. The trouble istheir oil at dunkin donuts is old. It needs to be changed and often. Not only does old oil effect the taste. It also is a healthhazard. I won't be getting donuts there against and I suggest no one else does either. Read more
When getting cold drinks, expect 7/8 of a cup of pure ice. Drink was gone in seconds. Coffee wasn?t mixed or done well.
I will only go to this Dunkin donuts in the area. I always have a good experience here. The associates are so kind and show... care and a smile every visit. I really appreciate that.
