This was the main woman with tattoos at the drive thru. So the woman would never allow me to finish saying my order. She was... just saying you have the most complicated order so just finish up already - then she started making it wrong. Instead oflistening to the order it would be wrong. It was a cup of coffee for god sake that I would change up now and then. So I said ohmy gosh I just won?t come here anymore. I went through the next day to order coffee and she said oh I thought you weren?t cominghere anymore then said bye have a nice day. Wow is all I can say. Read more
I am a neighborhood resident that has seen this Dunkin Donut go from one the best to one of the worst. First, this place is not... keeping it stocked well. Next,they don't listen to you when you order which makes for incorrect orders. I have received stalebagels from the establishment. In addition, I went into the establishment due to the drive thru being backed up and was informedthat I would have to wait because the computer was doing some type tally. This type of thing should be done before opening or atclosing not at a time that people are trying to get work or to appointments. Finally, someone needs to take a look at the trashand gravity surrounding the business. I will be going to another Dunkin Donut which is a shame because this nearby. However, Ican see that the pride is gone because they haven't a stake in the neighborhood as I do because of ownership in the area. Pleasedon't drag this neighborhood down. Walked in at 12:30 as the only customer. Stood here for 11 minutes without being acknowledged. At 12:41 I placed my to go order... through the app. 12:43 the managers phones ring, she takes the call. It's 12:47 now, another customer has just walked in andstill no one has acknowledged my presence. 12:49 the manager asked how I could be helped... I asked if she was the manager, shesaid yes, told her what I have typed and she stares at me blankly. Asked if my order was ready, it wasn't. Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and was given a bagel with avocado all over bottom and on wrapper. Ordered a blueberry... muffin and it wasn?t even cooked. Won?t be coming back to this location. Also didn?t give straws for 2 drinks. Read more
I asked for a double toasted bagel with strawberry cream cheese and hash brown for my toddler. Normally, a VERY GOOD Dunkin Donuts. But this morning, 12.27.20, a disgrace! The 2 bagels with cream cheese came small (wt??)... and semi hard. They HAD TO BE from the day before! Tasted terrible! Ridiculous! They didn't push the ex large cups into theholders all the way and they spilled halfway out! Disgraceful service for all of the money we spend there! Read more
