Turkey sausage and egg croissants was good. No bathroom access or dining in, Bad!
This is far the worst Dunkin' donuts ever the store supposed to open at 5:00 a.m. but seemingly for the past couple of months... been open up between 5:15 once they open up nothing is ready you have to wait until they count the register wait until thecoffee machine warm up if you're ordering ahead at this particular Dunkin donuts you cannot order ahead your food and stuffwon't be ready can somebody please tell me how can I report the story the store is filthy I'm surprised the state has not shutthis store down people should not have to stand there and sit in they car's wait until they open until they come in and open astore very unprofessional if the store supposed to open up at 5:00 a.m. shouldn't you be there a little early preparing for yourcustomers?? Horrible customer service nasty attitude from the older guy who has many bad reviews on here he should be fired or removed. I... went in today trying to get a coffee and without a greeting (on Christmas) the older man in the back proceeded to speak to mewith an attitude asking me what I wanted to order I asked for more time to look at the menu once I knew what I wanted I went toorder and he stated " Just like you were to busy earlier I am to busy now" absolutely disgusting. The lest you can do when youown a business is have a nice demeanor and offer good customer service. NEVER GOING BACK! go to another dunkin doughnuts thesepeople do not deserve your money. Read more
I was in the South Philly area. I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts. I usually don't by food just coffee. Today, purchased a grill... chesse with bacon. They forgot to put the bacon on the sandwich. However they took care of the problem no hassle, that is why Igave them 5 stars. In addition to taking care of the problem they gave me free potatoes tots didn't ask for anything they justdid it. Apologize for not putting the bacon on the sandwich. Good customer service is always appreciated. Things happened fromtime to time but it is how you handle it ,is whats most important. When I went into their store, they were very nice and my order was correct. Their donut trays were full, so I got six French... Crullers and six Apple Crumb donuts. Their Vanilla Chai was just right. Read more
The owner of this franchise store might have changed. The familiar faces I used to see a few weeks ago are no longer here. I... came here at around seven in the morning. The new faces look as if they were dragged to work, and showed frowned faces with nosmiles at all. What a start for a cold morning. Read more
