Nope, don?t go here. They will give you a full cup of ice with barely any drink and then didn?t do anything to make it right. I... was told that if I didn?t get any ice, only have of the large will be filled. Tell me what sense does that make. I go to several Dunkin's a day. Lol. Not sure which this references; however, I don't remember a bad experience lately.
This dunkin is always fine at best in the morning, but just went around 7pm for a pick up order for me and my girl. They messed... up the order while trying to cover it up by handing it to me in a bag that was sealed. I got home opened the bag, low and beholdwrong stuff! Woo! They didn't give any whip cream for a signature latte and my frozen coffee turned out to be frozen chocolate!Nice right? Read more
I normally DREAD going to Dunkin because no matter the location, The people who work there act like they are doing you a favor... by patronizing their store. However my MIL who has been in and out of the hospital this week requested donuts for dinner. So Iwent and placed a mobile order going through the drive-through I noticed that they also had new cornbread munchkins and donutsand I wanted to try one since I love cornbread in general. I asked if I could order one and the guy said the minimum is five soI just told him to forget about it and I would just pick up my original order. When I went to the window the very lovely mannamed Jose handed me a bag with five munchkins on it and said not to worry about it they were on him. It was such a generousgesture, I just had to rave about it. Jose, you are great! Thank you for blessing me! There is a closer Dunkin? Donuts to myhouse but if my mother-in-law ever wants Dunkin again I will specifically only be patronizing this location. Read more
Everytime I order a plain bagel with cream cheese and jelly they never put the jelly but quick to charge you for it. Today I... told the guy make sure you put the jelly cause they always forget, so when I get to work to eat of course no jelly. I'm overthem. They lost a faithful customer Read more
The staff was very patient. My order was long but everything was right. I tried the new omelet bites, they're not my favorite... but I'll still come back for the donuts and Turkey sausage sandwiches any day. I'm very happy. Read more
