Absolutely the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever went to in my entire 35 years of life. I have been an avid dunk and donuts customer... for decades. I've never been so disappointed with food, coffee , customer service, my all together experience was horrible. Iordered two everything bagels specified toasted with egg bacon and cheese and a chicken bacon cheese croissant, an iced coffee.Our food was ready within 30 seconds of us ordering I even said to the drive thru cashier wow that was so fast. I took my foodfor myself and my children. Opened immediately while still in drive thru OUR FOOD WAS COLD. Freezing cold. The only thing thatwas warm was the toasted bagel. The bacon was raw uncooked never saw that before in my life at a Dunkin donuts didn't evenlooked precooked looked felt and tasted like it was raw! My croissant was freezing cold I had to spit it out in disgust. Thecheese on the food was not melted it was a cold slab of cheese. Went right about around explained was happened. Asked for amanager I was told no. Coffee was old sitting all day burnt undrinkable. When manager finally came asian woman. She said this ishow they make their food. I explained that absolutely could not possibly be true. I've been going to Dunkin my whole life. TheyCooke their food their food doesn't come cold and raw. She then proceeded to microwave our already bitten food. That had onebite bc we bit once spit food out and came back around. She heated up are old chewed food. And handed it back to us. This is my favorite dunkin! I primarily use the app to pre order and everything always goes smoothly. One time I forgot to press... checkout when picking up my order and the people at the drive thru were so accommodating. I appreciate the consistent quality ofthe staff as well! Read more
If you want to get milk with ice make sure to asks for an iced caramel latte. In other words I have ordered this drink here... multiple times before and always get the same nasty result, even after asking this time to get extra espresso and extra caramel.They do not know how to make an iced caramel latte even if the world depended on it.
