Dunkin at 8113 Stenton Avenue is THE WORST!!!! Impossible to get someone with basic understanding of customer service. Because... it was convenient for me I use to use the drive thru. My last experience was ridiculous and I almost got out of my car. Iordered 2 mixed Munchkins and was given glazed. When I reminded the pickup window of my order he tried to hand me one glazed andone chocolate. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and asked him again for the right order. He said "you can mix them" andlooked at me as if something was wrong with me. I said that is not what I ordered and why should I do their job? He drew hishand back, talking and shrugging and handed back two hash brown bags of mixed Munchkins. This location is so ghetto!!!!!!!Wonder WHY "we" can't have anything? No wonder here. The cashiers are a mixed bag either rude or okay. Though none are even decent at customer service. The white LaSalle students... come into this Dunkin a lot and stare, gossip, and act rude towards locals. In a half gentrified neighborhood... imagine that. Read more
Everytime I come here it's always something. They either do not have the item's I came specifically for or they stop making... food at 6. I habe been told they are not making any drinks unless its hot coffee because they already cleaned the machines. ThisDunkin sucks! Read more
This was probably the most ghetto dunkin? donuts i?ve been at. First, when customer asked a simple question, the employee caught... an attitude. She lied about the closing time because she was too lazy to make a coffee. She then refused to serve this customer.She started to curse at the customer also. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. Customer service was horrible. The employee not only used foul language while... taking my order. The glaze donuts I ordered were not fresh. The girl at the window almost didn't give me my change and when shedid. She shorted me 14 cents.. and I had to go back and get that.. This has been a second unfortunate incident of unfriendly customer service. The girl that works the drive thru window... intententially made me wait for my hot chocolate while it sat in the window. She made me wait for my receipt and debt card whileshe held it in her hand and took a order. This is the second time that I have experience her passive aggressive behavior. Shedoesn't say thank you . My daughter and I will stop going to this Dunkin. When it's early and you are on your way to work at6:45 am-7:00 am it's really not a good time for immature passive aggressive behavior. Read more
