Took too long waiting. Wasn't real busy. There were 2 lines and neither specified which was order or pick up
I had to walk up to the drive-thru and make a order while a employee was sitting on the counter with her back turned to the... pickup window . I can only guess i was mistaken for a homeless loiterer when i ordered a doughnut and was asked did i have moneyto pay for my order . The service was poor this establishment should be closed . This is the only Dunkin that still has Butter pecan Ice coffee and made it correctly. The only con is I paid for a medium and... pretty much got a small because of all the ice that was in it. Next time I ordered it, I'll ask for less ice. Read more
I Usually Do Drive Through but Today i Walked From My House And Went Inside Because It Was Nice Outside. When I Went Inside It... Was Soo Dirty At The Coffee Stations. The Cashier Had On Non Uniform And A Belly Shirt At That and Her Attitude Was Nasty.Nobody had On No Gloves and Never Once Seen Anyone Wash Their Hands I Will Never Suppose This Place Ever Again. Spacious setting. Good for small groups and a quiet place to do some work. The front facility is clean and the coffee is always... fresh. Only 3 stars because of the bathroom was in poor condition. My sandwich was a bit burnt. I was in the drive thru, it shouldn't have taken so long. Also they homeless man outside the drive... thru shouldn't be there. I understand he's homeless but people don't want to go thru that everytime they come to yourestablishment. Read more
