This is utterly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Sold out of everything didn't show up on the app. Didn't blend the drink... whatsoever when asked to gave me a stank attitude whole staff had an attitude. I would've been fine if it was 1 staff member notthe entire staff just being outright rude. Waste of money matcha was nasty too. Asked for a refund on items that were out ofstock told me they couldn't refund me. Read more
This Dunkin donut location need to seriously educate their worker about customer service and respect. Majority of the workers... there are rude and angry. It is clearly seen that these workers hate their work environment. However, it?s very u professionalto take their frustration out of customers. Will not be going there again!!! Read more
I have been going to this location for years and never had any problems until this year. The morning crew is very disrespectful... with the exception of some and the morning manager is the worse, very unprofessional. The manager closed the drive thru windowon my face as the girl that took the order and I had a problem with this morning was dancing like the ugly clown she is. Read more
