Last time going this is DD again. The other 2 DDs close by are better. Staff are rude and messes up your order if you... customize it from the default which means they do not look at the details of the order and makes the order as they please. Ifyou ever notice and look around the store counters and signs inside, it covered with dirt and grime. If the staff do not cleanwhat we can see, i don't want to think of how it looks behind the counter. Ordered 2 cold brew and they messed them up and hadthem fixed it. They gave me my order in less than 30 sec later. I did not have confidence in them remaking my order that fastso i took the order and dumped it into the trash outside. Went in at 2 am to quick grab myself a coffee to fuel a long drive home from the airport. The customer service I got from the... man working there was outstanding and honestly went above and beyond how I've ever been treated at any other Dunkin Donuts.Easiest five stars of my life. Read more
