I was searching for a drive thru, but only got this Dunkin. (There aren't any in the area to my knowledge.) Customer service was... pretty non-existent, but I got what I ordered in a timely fashion, made as I wanted it. Now the parking on the other hand ishorrendous. If the store is going to be half closed for COVID forever and never have customers be allowed to remain inside aftertheir purchase, just demo half of it so there may actually be a sensible parking lot. I was afraid I would get a ticket orsomething if I took too long inside. Would not recommend coming here unless you are on foot, are a Philly native, or havepatience to figure out how to get inside without parking improperly... Or just park in the side of the street and have youpassenger hold down the car like 5 or 6 people did when I was there! Read more
I like to order from here when I get off at 5:30am. They open at 6am but I ordered a peppermint tea as the man was opening my... teabag he rubs his nose UGH. I went in another day HOPING someone else was at the register but it was him again. So I orderthings that he doesn?t have to prepare but then he STILL uses his hand to YET AGAIN rub his nose. I frequent MANY Dunkin? Donuts on a daily basis ( Numerous times a day ,because of my job ) sitting in the parking lot drinking... coffee two employees come out banging on my car that I cannot sit in the parking lot. their coffee was NOT FRESH!! And clearlythey are RUDE!! I would have gladly purchased more coffee or other items but it was just ? get out of my parking lot? . Onanother note by the hours they have listed they were closing in 15 minutes anyway. Read more
