My Name is Adell, I would like to recognize Cynthia for the outstanding service she gives to the customers. This morning when I... came in the store it was swamped with a hockey team. She was alone and the way she was able to get the customers in and out in atimely fashion goes beyond words. I was so impressed that I had to write this review for her outstanding workmanship. Apparently this Dunkin Donuts recently changed ownership/management, and it is BAD. As soon as I walked in, these girls looked... at me like I was a burden just for being there. Very unwelcoming. Bad attitude. To make matters worse, it was noon and they hadnot prepared enough donuts. All the important flavors like glazed, jelly, etc were not there. And they didn't get/make more? Sowe're only left with the lame flavors to choose from, and even those were stale like they'd been sitting out for days. What oncewas a friendly and efficient Dunkin Donuts is now a place to avoid at all costs. Read more

Hit or miss, the workers are either arguing amongst themselves or giving passive agressive attitudes to their customers. Ask for... a receipt and watch the passive attitude unfold. Also good management means keeping a good inventory, they seem to always be outof super important things like small, and medium cups?
