Depends on when you go. The weekend staff will give you just about any excuse to not make you hot food. So far I've been told... "we're closing in an hour and a half" and "my coworker is about to go on break" Read more
The staff is polite and fast. Coffee always fresh. Love their blueberry cake donut.
I go here daily for months, online orders and in-person. Some times they take 5 minutes out of my day, other days are almost an... hour. I'm fed up with their new staff. They made my drink wrong twice today. First hot, then added peppermint syrup when it is aIce Cocoa Mocha. The words when handed to me were "made with love," -.- Read more
I worked at this dunkin for a few months and as far as that goes it wasn't too bad of a job. All my coworkers always worked hard... and learning all the different stations wasn't bad either. The manager there could be a bit abusive at times especially tofemale staff. But for whatever reason she liked me so overall not a bad place to work. Oh and also the hot coffee there ISfreshly ground on site from whole beans so it's definitely better than some places. Read more
Horrible experience. My wife and I waited for well over 15 minutes for three sandwiches while the girls in the back made orders... for pick-ups that weren't there. The cashier up front couldn't wait to bad mouth customers (in front of people waiting fororders) as soon as they left, and, to top it off, they forgot one third of my order (I didn't check til I got to work -- we weremissing a sandwich). One of the two sandwiches we received, a grilled cheese, was literally microwaved. Yup, I received chewy,hard sourdough bread that would make for a better pair of shoes than a sandwich.
