Two days in a row the person behind the counter could not seem to make an iced mocha latte!! I complained the second day when I... came back. But I was never offered any compensation or a free drink. When I got in the car the drink tasted almost as bad thesecond day as it had the first. ?So even though it?s close by, probably won?t be going there again. This is by far the worst Dunkin I've been to, I thought the first time I ordered a frozen caramel coffee that it was an accident... how it was made very nasty so I took it back and got my money. Saturday at 11am, should not take this long to make a coffee. There were 3 people there - the guy with the pulled back hair was... killing it in the kitchen, kind and professional. The girl with braids was trying to man the register and give out the orders.The guy making the coffee (wearing the Sixers hat and red hoodie) was a mess - slamming things, kept forgetting what to do,doing everything with one hand and the other hand in his pocket, spilling all over the place. If this guy wasn?t high he has tohave been just hating his life. Props to everyone else to holding down the fort. Took 20mins just to get this guy to make 2coffees. Read more
I went there and ordered a iced caramel cappuccino with whipped cream. They proceeded to give me a regular cappuccino with no... whipped cream. The drink taste mostly of water and I eventually through it out. Not only that but there were only two workers atthe time and me along with one other customer. The one worker who handed me my drink was rude and did not change my order when Isaid it was wrong. I am disappointed and will not be going back there. Read more
They open at 6, which means the staff are supposed to be there before then preparing for the opening. If I get there 6:05, no... food is ever ready! They say come back in 15-20 minutes. They need to do better. Read more
