Went in for a quick order today, bagel untoasted. The two women were having a conversation as I'm waiting to be helped. I told... the woman my order but her coworker continued talking the whole time and the cashier was not paying attention to me at all. Ihad a feeling she was going to put my bagel in the toaster so I went over to the pick up window to check and of course she putsin the toaster. I said excuse me not toasted and she had the audacity to tell me ma'am you should've said that. I said I did youwere too busy talking! So rude do not go here at all. I wish I could give it zero stars. I worked in the food/bev industry forover ten years and I've never seen such laziness and disrespect in my entire life. Read more
I ordered a ice coffee, the lady tried to give me a hot coffee. Then also ordered a wake up wrap and tried to give me a English... muffin. Got a medium iced coconut milk latte this morning. They charged me for extra mocha but never added it. And they used spoiled... milk in my coffee. Worst experience ever! Would not recommend this location. I would rather walk two blocks and go to the one on8th and market. This location is horrible and the staff is super unorganised. Read more
There was only one employee working and they barely had any doughnuts. I got the last blueberry glazed doughnut so that I could... surprise a shut-in friend who loves them only for him to tell me it was a little hard. This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. The coffee is so terrible. I had been to this location a few times before and... always thought that they just over loaded the coffee with milk/cream, but this last time I asked for no cream and the below isthe color of the coffee. It tasted both weak and stale. I would never suggest this to anyone. There are too many other coffeeoptions in the area to settle for this store. Read more
I love my Dunks! As long as its served to me hot I'm happy. I will say, this place is under staffed especially for the early... morning rush. Two people behind the counter is not enough. Which is probably the reason this dunks have a 2 star rating. Coffeewas fresh and I didn't wait more then 2 mins if that. Read more

I NEVER leave bad reviews. I went in today and it was dead, only one other customer in the store, but I still had to wait a... least a minute for the two women working to stop having a conversation so I could order. Every few seconds they interrupted meand started talking again or snickering with each other. I am not confrontational at all, the complete opposite in most cases,and I started to ask "is there an issue?" but I was cut off again. I know this is a Dunkin and the employees probably make nomoney, but that was straight up rude for no reason. I will never be back. Read more
