I live down the street from this Dunkin? so I eat here a lot. My order is always wrong and they usually forget to make something... for me but NEVER forget to charge me for it. Sent my husband to pick up food for us this morning and they forgot 4 of the thingswe ordered along with our drink!!! 5 items total were not made. Went back to get the forgotten items and they only gave me theDRINK. Yesterday morning I sat in the drive thru line for 45 mins because the front door was locked. When i got to the ordermicrophone/menu the woman was EXTREMELY rude which is super common for this location. If I could leave negative I would. Most of the time the women working are really nice . The food and the coffee are another... story. I nearly broke a tooth on a bagel and that was fest thing in the morning when they are supposed to be fresh. I alsocan't drink my coffee half the time because of how sweet it is.
