I?ve been coming here since before high school the manger has always been the same. Rude, Nasty, and disrespectful. She doesn?t... keep the store clean, flies on the donuts and doesn?t know how to speak to unhappy customers. There are always a bunch of peopleleaning over outside now, I?m not sure when that started. But I come today to order my coffee and her new employee needed help.She literally ignored her to continue speaking on the phone which a manger shouldn?t be doing at work. Horribly unprofessional! They are busy af but they have always gotten my coffee right and the staff is really nice and pleasant.
I luv Dunkin in NY bcause they carry hazelnut coffee. Yesterday in Philly, i had to settle for vanilla coffee. The lady behind... the counter looked at me like I had 2 heads when I asked her what flavors they had. She was quiet snippy when i asked againabout hot coffee, ' i just told you'. It was clean, fast. The bathroom was still clean at 10am. N No Drive thru..a thumbs down. Read more
I called this morning to order 30 donuts, the representative hanged up on me 3 times. I called back thinking that there was an... issue with the phone, but the third time she answered screaming " WE'RE BUSY" and she hanged up on me for the thirdtime!!!..... Dunkin? Donuts Washington Ave., Carlstadt NJ Extremely slow service! You drive up to the drive-through, it took them a couple... minutes to ask me for my order and when they finally did , they never told me how much it was supposed to be, I got to thewindow, no joke, after a good 10 - 15 minutes I drove away.
