Stopped in to Fado before catching a show at the Academy of Music the other night. My group of 3 arrived at 5:45 pm and found... plenty of seats available. We started with the happy hour featured appetizers. The Cheese Dip and Wedges and the Mac and Cheesewere excellent. The Fish Tacos were very good but lacked crunch. The Fried Goat Cheese was our least favorite appetizer...itseemed to be missing texture, contrasting flavor, something. We shared two sandwiches, the Bacon Cheeseburger Mor and the FadoReuben. The burger was as good as expected. I found the reuben to be lacking in flavor. The marbled rye and the corned beefwere both amazing but the cole slaw and Marie rose sauce had no flavor at all. Service was on the slower side but they are very friendly. Food was decent. Great setting for watching a game with plenty of... tvs. No 5th star cause they didn’t play dancing on my own by Calum scott & tiesto as the Phillies clinched a World Seriesberth. Read more
Very nice setting. Traditional bar food. One of the places in the city to watch soccer games. Some days, part of the bar area... will become a dance floor (after 10 PM). Read more

Had a quick bite. Shepherd’s pie (small portion). The wife had the Reuben (bread was burnt). Atmosphere was great. Didn’t... have strawberry purée for my mule, so they gave me one with watermelon and told me to try it. It was awesome and I’m gladthey didn’t ask me and went ahead and did it. But then I asked for another one and got a very strong Moscow mule. I asked forsome syrup and got a disgusting something. Yuck! Waitress disappeared. Went from 5 star to 1 star real quick. Read more
Great Irish bar in center city. Went for lunch on a Saturday and the place already had a nice crowd. Food was great! Atmosphere... was very comfy. They open early for European sports viewing (football) and there were a couple matches on tv with supportersgathered to watch. Read more
