Excellent new Japanese restaurant in our neighborhood. Food: excellent, as is the service. Beautiful decor. I had the shoyu... ramen last time I was there. The broth was rich and complex with nuanced flavor. The chasu was tender and succulent. Excellent!The ramen egg was silky and perfect. My only minor complaint is that the waiter at lunch is not Japanese and did not understandmy questions about the food. Me and my wife visited this place after shopping at ikea. Probably the only reason we visit this area. The place is amazing and... remind us our recent visit to Japan.
