We landed late night in Philly and needed some food. We went to about 4 places in the areas with no food after 10pm. Luckily... Good Dog Bar was open! We had bang bang shrimp and lamb meatball sandwich, all of which were prepared freshly. All flavorswere tied in very well too. Will be back when we are in town again! Read more

Excellent food, friendly people, fast service... Trifecta of dining. Plus a decent selection of craft beers. Dogs allowed in... the outdoor seating and if you don't have your own dog, you can look at a gazillion dog photos inside. Read more

I've been dining here for a long time. The beer selection and the food menu have always been excellent. I moved out of the area... but I like to visit when I can. For the first time, I brought my pup and we sat outside and had dinner and drinks. The vibe wasupbeat, the service was friendly and the food was just as delicious as I remembered. The menu has changed but there is still agreat variety. The beers were tasty too! Read more

Love this place so much! Unfortunately, I no longer live in Philly, but my dog and I more or less ate here 3-4 times a week... while I was in the process of moving. They are so accommodating and a super friendly staff. You can't beat their happy hour. They show extra love to regulars (both human and canine), so take the time to get to know them. Occasionally, they'll alsopartner with an animal shelter for fundraisers, so you can literally drink for a good cause, which is the best way to do it. IfI'm ever back in Philly, I will definitely swing by. Thank you for taking care of me and Millie while we were transitioning outof the city! Read more

Took quite a long wait for the food. Shoe string fries are pretty standard and decent fried fresh. Hamburgers, for the patty,... very juicy and large portion of meat, when took a bite the juice filled over ur mouth The melt is also out of expectation, fora person that prefers harder bread the toast is quite like a sourdough but harder and cooked with some fat on it that makes itnaturally crispy, and soft on the inside on the picture u could see how soft it is in the bread. It is definitely worth gettingit. Would give 5 stars if the food didn't took that long but overall just for the food would give it a solid 4.5 stars Read more

We ate outside and the heat lamps kept us toasty in the afternoon. The food was amazing. We got the mussels and the burger.... Dipping your fries in the mussels is definitely a recommendation. Everything was tasty and delicious. Service was efficient andtables felt clean. Would definitely go back. Read more

Came here 3 times in the span of a week while visiting Philly. First time was for a late dinner. We had wings, good dog salad... and traditional hamburger. Second time we discovered the second and third floor. It?s a diverse, fun and unpretentious bar. Love it. Read more
