The Pecan Pie French Toast was sweet, but not overly sweet to the point where it wasn?t enjoyable. I wasnervous about getting it at first, but the waitress reassured me that it wasn?t too sweet, and it wasn?t. The bacon was thickcut and crispy like I wanted and the latte was good. We had the kitchen sink, Belgian waffle, and sweet potato empanadas. The food was AMAZING. Come with an empty stomach though,... because the portions are generous. And to top off all the great food, the service was phenomenal. Every time we looked up fromour plates, any wait staff that was passing by would stop to make sure that we were okay. My husband and I went for a brunch date & really enjoyed our time at The Green Eggs Cafe. From the door the service was... attentive and friendly. I had the Big Boy Grilled Cheese Sandwich with the breakfast potatoes. My husband had the slow cookedShort Ribs Benedict with the potatoes. Yummy, yummy!!!! The coffee was so good that we drank it black! The servers werewonderful! The lack of parking was a little scary at first, but we went around the block and 2 spaces opened up.
