First time here food was good AF staff was friendly
Currently at the restaurant waiting for my salad. I placed this order at 8:15pm it is now 9:00pm. Clearly this place needs... more staff or better management if they can?t fulfill orders in a reasonable time. I haven?t tried the food yet, but I can tellyou waiting 15 minutes past the expected finish time is not ok. Unless changes are made I would not be back, and this is withouteven trying the food. Update it?s now 9:04, still waiting. At this point I have considered going to the grocery store buying allof the ingredients and creating a similar salad. I believe that action would have taken less time than to sit here and wait fora salad. Update- food was on the counter for 20 minutes. Would have been really nice if that information was passed to thecustomers also they could have utilize the shelves which have labels of the food ordering services of course the shelves werecompletely empty. I love Honeygrow! Not sure why the overall rating is so low but my company regularly orders lunch from here and the food is... always fresh and delicious. I love the CYO salad and stir-fry options and that everything is clearly labeled as vegan orgluten-free as someone with dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend! Read more
The food is good, but it takes FOREVER for it to be made. Also, not sure if your employees are aware, but the kitchen is open... concept and we can see when you?re popping food into your mouth while prepping and cooking meals? Read more
I had the garlic butter dish (with chicken). The ingredients were fresh. In short, the food is great...the wait, not so much.... They had several grills going at one time but the prep for my order still took too long. If you all can figure out the timing ofit all, you will be good to go. Read more
I placed a pick up order through the honeygrow website. Picked up the order and when I got home, there was NO NOODLES. I was... highly upset and called in right away. The csr who I spoke to advised she was sorry and would credit my account. I was still madI could not enjoy my entree but, I appreciated the compensation of the meal so, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.10 days later and still no credit. I?m a fan of all the delicious and fresh foods at Honeygrow. Whenever I go I get a huge salad with as many toppings as I can. oh... I get a little bread with it and a little one of their sugary drinks. I?m ready to go for the afternoon. I just love arestaurant that is built on quality foods. Read more
