Stylish but snug, the fancy, pricey, grown-up cocktails are decent, but most are a little too strange in flavor. A lot have... tequila, vermouth or sake in them as the focus, if that's your thing. It's a place for one or two rounds, then you move on to aplace more relaxed and affordable. It's a nice place but we have all seen the *artisinal cocktail bar, using strangeingredients to make strange-tasting, $18 cocktails*. I'll be back to try the food. Read more

This was easily the best place for cocktails in south philly pre-covid; however, I've found it nearly impossible to get a drink... here recently due to hours, reservations, etc. Last night the bar had two ppl and we were told that we'd need a reservation tograb a cocktail. While I appreciate ITV in its new form, it has definitely lost a bit of its charm. Read more

I've been coming to ITV for the last 3 years. It's been my go to cocktail bar. I tell all my friends its a must visit. I was... saddened when they extended their covid shut down due to their small intimate sitting area. Tonight they announced their openingnight on social media and my friends and I had it marked on our calendar. We couldn't wait to have top end egg white cocktailsat our favorite place. We showed up at 5:20 thinking it was a 5:45 opening. The hostest politely greated us and asked us to comeback at 5:45 when they were open. We sat out front in our car due to the cold and decided to return 5:35. We were surprised tosee the bar was full and a new hostest apologized saying we are fully bookejq. Upset, I asked to talk to the host that asked meto come back at 5:45. She aggressively approached me saying "we didn't want people waiting ten minutes in the cold" I responded," I was here 20 minutes ago in my car". Knowing people make mistakes I suggest "hey can I give you my number and you call whenthe group is ready to leave". The host quickly responded I can't do that. "We are first come". I attempted to reason with thishost maybe she was the owner and she just kept repeated we are first come first serve. I am so sad to see my favorite place poorly managed, have rude employees, and unable to problem solve mistakes. I so badly want to return but I am unsure if I canget past this. Read more

I can't wait for this place to get to open again. Amazing craft cocktails and upscale bar foods with a French twist. The smoked... trout rillettes were one of the best bites I ever had. Can't wait to eat them again. Read more

Small, intimate place with five tables and about 6 seats on a long table at the window. The bar has plenty of seats and a drink... menu that is inventive and largely wonderful. The menu has about 12 items, the Roast Chicken being the best, hands down. Beyond that, I found the Radicchio Salad to be very salty and the Butternut Squash Raviolis to be excellent. Both are likelyseasonal items so take my advice based on the fall/winter menu availability. Overall, a good place with a limited menu and goodcocktail selection. Will return in the springtime. The cocktails lived up to the hype! I was hoping they would. There was a good section of about 8 cocktails plus wines, but I... suggest you get a cocktail. The one appetizer we tried was awesome The ambiance was great, and the service was friendly andhelpful too. This place is small, so get there early if you want a spot! Read more

I sat at the bar solo where the service was good although not exceptional. The New York Sour, which is on the Happy Hour menu,... was also good, but not the best version I've had. The Grilled Short Rib plate was nothing short of amazing. Best red meat I'vehad in years as it was not chewy or fatty. Very tasty. Read more
