The cookies are amazing the Customer service was horrible. The lady had a stink attitude when I asked which cookies has nuts in... them. She kept telling me she is not making them so she doesn't know which cookies have nuts in them. I couldn't believe herTone with me right in front of my wife. Went with my kids and it was our first time ever hearing about this place or eating there. I announced to person that it was... first time and she nodded and just starred at me. Cookies were warm. Got a $1.50 discount for a broken cookie but they forgot to give the s?mores which is the most expensive of... them all. We paid for 8 cookies and got 7. With the discount, we still lost $2.50. I emailed their customer service and got aquick reply for my missing cookie. (*Still yet to see if I will get a refund). Went there with my family coz my cousins said they got the best cookies in philly. But i said no coz i was trying to be good. My... cousin insisted to take a bite of it on our way back and I did. Love these cookies , perfect bites with crispy edges and moist chunks of chocolate chips. They make any bad day better.
