I used to come to Iron Hill a lot before the pandemic and my goodness there is a significant drop in quality. But their prices... went really high. I went with family and we got a little of everything, spent a lot of money, and were ultimately disappointed. Their entree salads and burgers are $15+ and the quality does NOT match the prices. The side of green beans was $6 and had 12green beans in it - massive rip off! Their sweet potato fries will set out back $12 and taste like boring sweet potatoes. TheirFrench fries are not good but cost high for the price of a potato. In the end, my family was mad at me for recommending thisplace. I came here on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 5:45 PM and was seated in ten minutes. The waitress made two circles around the... building before finding a table for us. First off, the table is sticky and disgusting. The menu, napkins, and utensils weremessily placed on the table. I physically could not lift the menu off of the table because of how sticky it was. I ordered anunsweetened iced tea and my friend ordered iced tea. Waitress said "2 iced teas" and came back with 2 unsweetened iced teas.Lovely, because that's exactly what we ordered but didn't really care at this point because we were starving and it really wasnot that big of a deal. Their signature appetizer, "Jerk Shrimp" for $15.75 with jumbo marinated and grilled shrimp, goldenpineapple chutney, and mango-lime sauce was amazing. The herb chicken & linguine for $19.25 with mushrooms, spinach, sun-driedtomatoes, pecorino romano, sherry wine butter sauce was also amazing. My friend ordered a cheeseburger. The food was divine, itwas just the service that was disappointing. It's completely understandable that restaurants are busy but they were fullystaffed and we barely had any assistance. I did not bother asking for anything because I knew that they would not come to usanyways. All in all, I personally would not come back here because it gives off a very hostile environment and made me extremelyuncomfortable to even be here. 2 stars for the food. Iron hill is probably one of my favorite restaurant chains, and this location does not disappoint. The food and the service was... great. Iron hill is a great place to eat for a casual outing. The location is downtown chestnut hill and there is street parkingall over. Definitely recommend to all. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls (10/10) : This has always been a go-to for me at all the IHlocations. These are seriously a must get! They are amazing. Flavor is perfect. Nachos w/ Chicken (10/10) : Big portion andperfect app to share with others. These nachos were delicious and definitely worth the price. Amazing! Blackened ChickenLinguine (9/10): Great dish. First time here and Sat at the bar to be in and out. Food was really really good. Got the cheesesteak rolls and the mussels.... Mussels were a little dry but when I scooped them with the juices at the bottom of the bowl- they were okay..may need to add alittle more sauce to them. The walk to the bathroom smells a little bit like 'toilet'. Not sure if there is a plumbing issue ornot but maybe some air freshners would do us all a big favor. Glad I didn't smell anything at my seat. But overall the food isgreat and I will be returning. I want to try the chicken and rib plate next time and I cannot wait! Read more

First time there, nice atmosphere. A little busy on Sunday evening but nothing crazy, maybe 15 min wait during football. I never... had a salmon burger before with wasabi mayo but I thought it was creative and tasted very good. Not spicy like I thought it wasgoing to be. I could taste the wasabi flavor but that's about it. Sweet potato fries were delicious, wish there were morethough. Cheesecake was soo good! I love Iron Hill Brewery, but this time it was not good. The service was good but food was lousy. Again, I chalked this up to... being under staffed and we went on a Tuesday. A few of my Buffalo wings were under cooked. My kids chicken fingers were skimpy.I brought the under cooked buffalo wings to my servers attention, she said "that's gross" and took the plate away. I didn't makea fuss bcuz we were celebrating a bday, but i won't be back to the Chestnut Hill location. Read more
