I couldn?t understand anything the woman was saying and vice versa. There need to be people behind the register that can... understand your costumers especially when it comes to asking about things pertaining to allergies. We struggled so much tocommunicate that I was worried she would not fulfill my allergy requests. Then when I got the drink it was disgusting. It?swatery and bland. As I was watching her I don?t even think she put all the ingredients in for the smoothie I wanted. Extremelydisappointed. Wish I read the reviews before coming here. I?m giving this specific location 1 stars only because the workers are nice but the smoothie quality was horrible and deserves... no stars. My smoothie had this funny after taste, like it was made with dirty dish water. They offer to make it over becausethey notice that I wasn?t happy, only for it to taste the same exact way. Read more

No hot water; food safety certified... person not present; employee did not know about food borne illnesses; empty paper towel dispenser; ice cream freezer and floorin need of cleaning.
