Let me tell you jds food use to be sooooo good macaroni was super cheesy with just the right seasoning the yams had just enough... sweetness food was definitely soulful by far the best food I?ve tasted in Philly in a very long time ,his food was for sure verymuch top 10 .I was literally eating here 3times a week ,these last few months his food has changed drastically,I?m not surewhose cooking but you can definitely tell it?s not him ,the macaroni is tasteless barley has cheese it taste like it?s madestraight out a box-you know it?s bad when the macaroni are in singles ,my chicken taste so bad almost like old oil wasn?t .myyams were so dry,I?m so disappointed this is my 4 bad meal from them this year, I feel like they be just giving u anything,the chicken was good today however the sides were horrible Read more
Scammed outta my Sweet Potatoes.... Ordered Salmon Dinner $23 w/sweet potatoes Business called and said no Salmon Received 6... piece Wing Dinner $19 w/ soggy rice???? 1. I was offered a 6 piece and should have been offered a 10 piece ($22), at least.Called back and explained & requested this and when I picked up it was still the 6 pieces??????? 2. Friendly staff. But the food portions are worth the money!! Bbq sauce and food is puuuurrrfect. You can only pay with cash or... cashapp. Had to split my meal with my fiance. Average meal is about $20..but you eat like a king. Read more
Wanted to treat myself and JD?s Kitchen was a great place to go. Ordered: Fried Chicken Wings, Sweet Potatoes, Macaroni and... Cheese and a Banana Pudding for dessert. Platter also came with rice and gravy not a fan of gravy so I didn?t eat that. Theservice was good and the food was delish. Great job on the Banana Pudding as well. I plan to visit again. Read more
