I am conflicted writing this because the food ? was not it for me. But the inside was really cool. The meat had no flavor, and... they barely give you any wiz so you have a super dry sandwich ? the staff was super nice and easy to talk to. There is seatingupstairs, and pics all over that are fun to look at. It?s a cool place to visit, but the food isn?t worth the money. Read more
Jim's is top 3 in my humble opinion. I finally got a chance to visit this south st location. Was thoroughly impressed with... everything. The pictures and autographs on the wall were a nice touch. The steak is very good and cooked to perfection. Wasdevastated when they closed the northeast location so now it's South Street or bust. Great job & keep up the great work. Read more

We were told this is the place to go to get a real Philly cheese steak, and we weren't disappointed! Their sandwiches are... delicious, and they have other options if you're not really into cheese steaks. The prices were reasonable and they make thefood right in front of you. If you have your covid vaccine cards handy, you can eat your food in a dining area upstairs that hasa nice view of the street. The restaurant was clean and the staff were efficient. Read more

So parking is the only issue on South St. With that said the rest of the experience was great. They are quick, tastes great, and... fair priced for such a large cheesteak. Also right now make sure you have your mask on because they definitely abide to thatrule. Read more
