Had to go inside for service which is not safe at 29th and dauphin. The waitress was nice respectable. My order was not right.... I had asked for a bucket of chicken legs and she assured me the wait would be because the cooks were gonna drop them infresh. Worst KFC ever. I ordered original chicken & my chicken was full of grease. So much that it was running out of the box. The... chicken was mushy because of it. So bad that I threw it out. The employees here need retraining on customer service. They were disrespectful and the manager on duty wasn't no better. All... I wanted was the item I ordered at the price it was advertised on the drive thru menu. Everyone involved acted like I wassaying something strange.
