Had to go inside for service which is not safe at 29th and dauphin. The waitress was nice respectable. My order was not right.... I had asked for a bucket of chicken legs and she assured me the wait would be because the cooks were gonna drop them infresh. They were not fresh and I got five legs out of the 19 I was suppose to get the rest was just any pieces they wanted toserve. I will not return there again Read more

Worst KFC ever. I ordered original chicken & my chicken was full of grease. So much that it was running out of the box. The... chicken was mushy because of it. So bad that I threw it out. The employees here need retraining on customer service. They were disrespectful and the manager on duty wasn't no better. All... I wanted was the item I ordered at the price it was advertised on the drive thru menu. Everyone involved acted like I wassaying something strange. Horrible service. Overpriced and refused to give condiments with meal. I asked for bbq sauce and was told I had to pay 54... cent( sauce only comes with tender meals) I?d rather eat glass than patronize this establishment ever again. Read more
I had to modify my order, they didn't have any chicken tenders ay 7:15pm on a Tuesday.
I was told that I had to wait 16mins, chicken wings had just been dropped, I had time, no problem, I was told to waitin the... parkinglot..after 20mins I knocked on the door, no response. So I go back in through the drive thru, I'm told 3 more mins..sonow I've waited a total of 23mins, then I have to wait 3 more minutes for a grand total of 26mins ... if it's going to be almost 30min let the customer know that and don't lie, oh and they forgot my corn, won't ever be back..that's what I get for going tothe hood. ????
