These workers are a joke ! Why do they work here when they is ignorant and don?t know how to do their job. I ordered a 12 piece... bucket of thigh and breast, 2 family size Mac and cheese, a family size mash potato, 2 half gallon of Pepsi and they gave mesomeone else order. I paid $62 for my kids to eat and we got 3 tacos. I called and they picking up then hanging up. They need tofire all of them especially the manager for allowing this behavior. This place is a mess ! The chicken was overcooked ,burned and overpriced I paid 18$ for 8 tenders only!!!! I had to go back and... returned! It looked like they fried the chicken like 100 times and my husband taste it and had to spit it out Cause it tastenasty , they employees are rude and lazy, inside of the store looks so nastyyyyy thank god a didn?t eat it ! My order was completely wrong so please fire or discipline the incompetent employee or people that prepared my order ! I ... clearly ordered The 5 pc Tender's Box . My order was missing 5 chicken tenders ,honey bbq dipping sauce ,and secret recipefries . All I got was 2 fried chicken breasts ,a fried chicken wing , a crushed up biscuit , and mashed potatoes/gravy withbarely anything in it .This place is a world-class dump that seriously needs to be shutdown on a permanent basis. I willnever order from here ever again ! Thank God that UberEats fully refunded my order , A 2 year old could do far a better jobat preparing meals than these employees at the cesspool of a KFC . The amount of sheer ineptitude at the place isabsolutely , disgraceful,pitiful and unacceptable. Worst fried chicken I ever had from KFC literally I had to throw it out I guess a waste of $30
Ok this placed burnt down and was closed so they could do repairs. Let me just state a fact here, they wasted good water putting... the fire out at this place. After all the time they were closed to fix this place nothing has changed here. I placed an orderfor take out, ten minutes later I got half my order, 15 minutes after that I got the other half. All the while workers talk onthe phone to friends using Bluetooth, laughing, cursing, and not caring 5 customers are waiting for food. If you use the drivethru be prepared to play the just move up and we'll run the food out to you game. And I guarantee when you go here once you'llnever go back again after you see how clean everything is kept in here! check your order before leaving, save yourself thetrouble, go somewhere else. I have some more pictures to post. I think they just need some better management at this place. If Iwere the owner, I'd start making unplanned visits and just pop in and fix this place before it's too late. Read more
Horrible service, told me they were only serving soft tacos because they were closing in a hour. Specifically only soft tacos as... the option.
