It was a crazy night there were a total of 11 tables going at once and John was the only server as he seems to always be when we... come. He handled it all very professionally, being in the food industry I DO know the pain he had to endure. I felt bad seeinghim have to go it 100% COMPLETLY ALONE. I hope he gets recognized for all his hard work that he does(and some extra floorsupport even a busser can help the guy). Regardless hats off to you John. Ruined Mother’s Day dinner. We ordered dinner from here and they missed my mother’s meal. We waited an extra 20 minutes for... them to prepare it. They finally gave us the order. We get home and that order is MISSING. We called them and they knew exactlywho we were and said “we left”. We left because they gave us the order. They refused to deliver and said they’d send us agift card. A gift card here is useless because I never plan to order from this establishment again. Update - the gift cardnever came nor did we get refunded for the meal that they never gave us so on top of ruining Mother's Day the establishment alsowasn't honest. The owner even responded (see below) and they were working on fixing this which clearly isn’t true.Unfortunately we gave them a decent amount of business and time to resolve this, but we will definitely not be coming back here. A great local non chain Italian restaurant. If you do not want prepared food that comes from a boil bag like the larger chains... this place is good. You can tell the the food is made in house and unique flavor. The place was busy when I went and the staffkept up the service with out much delay and very friendly. I got the baked lasagna and my son the pasta primavera, and wecleared our plates. Read more
