I think they are doing the best they can as far as customer service. But they need more staff. Orders are marked as completed... and not done when I get there. Same thing happened in 2 different occasions. It looks like is something wrong in the system, isnot the staff. Is better to just order cheese or pepperoni, it looks like they just throw other ingredients on top after pizzais ready. Mushrooms and onions were cold. Other than that it was good. Read more
The trick is to NEVER get the pizza that's been sitting in that heat lamp over, it dries it out and turns the pizza into... plastic. Always ask for and wait for one right out of the oven. Read more
