I had been going here occasionally since they opened. The burger and fries are solid. Sometimes when I'm working overnight in... the area, I call in a takeout order on my way to work and pick it up. Yesterday I went to call in my order and they refused totake it over the phone. They told me I needed to go to some website and order it through some sort of ordering system I'm notfamiliar with. I don't have time for that when I'm on my way to work. So I rush over there to order in person and when I get tothe counter, the guy refuses to take my order at the counter.
