I had been going here occasionally since they opened. The burger and fries are solid. Sometimes when I'm working overnight in... the area, I call in a takeout order on my way to work and pick it up. Yesterday I went to call in my order and they refused totake it over the phone. They told me I needed to go to some website and order it through some sort of ordering system I'm notfamiliar with. I don't have time for that when I'm on my way to work. So I rush over there to order in person and when I get tothe counter, the guy refuses to take my order at the counter. I don't appreciate being treated this way and having my timewasted so I'm gonna find a new takeout burger place Read more
Ordered a burger from here just now through Doordash and I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the village burger which was... supposed to come with mushrooms and goat cheese . They completely forgot about the mushrooms on my burger but thats not theworst thing, the burger is smaller than the bun! Not only that it is thin and overcooked so much so that it is burnt. Damn that?s a good burger! Yes, we have some good burgers in Phila, no doubt but a burger that compares to In n Out has been... hard pressed to come by. Not anymore. The Angus beef was fresh, seasoned to perfection not to death, had mine on a potato roll,yum, cheddar and bacon that was perfectly cooked (not burnt to a crisp)...fries were light n crisp and again perfectlyseasoned...milkshake was perfectly thick as I requested...service was friendly, fast and seemed completely genuine.
